The YG series (H112～225) three-phase asynchronous motor for roller conveyor is a new generation of high reliability roller motor designed on the basis of JG2 series.
The motor has the advantages of small size, light weight, good performance, reliable use and convenient maintenance. This series of motors can work continuously or intermittently under the harsh conditions of frequent starting, braking, forward and reverse, reverse braking and other high temperature and dusty environments. It has high overload capacity and works for steel mills. Special motors for roller conveyors and transport can also be used on other mechanical equipment.
Motors can be divided into two types, YGa and YGb, depending on the application. The YGa type motor has the characteristics of large stall torque, high dynamic constant and soft mechanical characteristics. It can be frequently started, braked and reversed, and is suitable for separately driving the work roller rollers of the metallurgical industry. The YGb type motor has the characteristics of high power, high efficiency and hard mechanical characteristics. It usually only has one-way operation and is suitable for separately transporting the conveyor roller rollers of the metallurgical industry.
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and the motor adopts Y-shaped connection, which can be started under full pressure. Under the condition that the voltage is proportional to the frequency, the YGa type electric motor is allowed to be used in the frequency range of 40 to 70 Hz (but the stall torque and dynamic constant vary with frequency); the YGb type motor can be used at a frequency of 10 to 70 Hz. The YGa type motor is mainly used for the intermittent working system, and the load continuation rate is represented by Fc: 15%, 25%, 40%, 60%, respectively, of which 40% is the reference quota.
The YGb type motor is mainly used for continuous working (S1).
Second, the structure is brief
The YG series motor adopts a fully enclosed structure type, the enclosure protection grade is IP54, the surface of the casing has an annular heat dissipation rib, and the cooling mode is IC0041.
The YGa type uses Class H insulation, and the YGb type uses lower insulation (112 to 200 mm) and H insulation (225 mm).
The motor adds a bearing grease replenishing device and uses a high temperature resistant lubricant to enhance the mechanical strength.
The motor is available in three versions: IMB3, IMB5 and IMB35.
